Starting secondary school was a really challenging time for our daughter, with changes in friendships and a need to discover her self-confidence. She needed someone who could help her to work out what was important to her and how to get her 'spark' back. There is no easy answer to those problems and no quick fix. However, Sarah has done an amazing job, providing her with tools and strategies help her rediscover who she is, what she wants and how to reach those goals.
